How long does shipping take?
Standard orders are processed within 2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on all stitching and hardware. If your item fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-engraved or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
