At The Leather Guy, we stand behind the quality of our hides and hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the leather items in their original packaging to ensure they are not creased or damaged during transit, including a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you retain your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to verify their original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
